About
I am a health and fitness enthusiast and believe movement is like medicine, mentally & physically. My zeal and energy is of foremost importance when I am training individuals one to one or at Barrys, as I want to influence my clients and enhance their efforts throughout their journey with me.
My infatuation for fitness stemmed from the fact I was a full time sprinter and captain of athletics at Millfield School. I won the National Championships 100m and 200m, which motivated me thoroughly in all aspects of life. I realised that if you train hard enough and put your mind to something, you can obtain the results you want to achieve.
I gained a BSc (Honours) degree in Sports Performance at the University of Bath, which hugely broadened my knowledge in the sporting world and encouraged me to pursue a career helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
Qualifications:

My Ethos
I encourage my clients to train to feel the best version of themselves inside & out, as training should not be solely focused on looking a certain way. Health & fitness can have a huge impact on us mentally & towards our sense of wellbeing, which I believe is the most important factor. Being a personal trainer allows me to do what I enjoy best every day, whilst encouraging my clients on their fitness journeys, helping them progress and achieve more than they ever thought was possible. I am here to guide my clients through specific training programmes tailored to their goals, whilst still living a balanced lifestyle.
